As an AIWIBI representative, you will:
1.Conduct market research and report findings to the head office.
2.Identify and establish sales and wholesale channels.
3.Build and manage a sales network for AIWIBI products.
4.Execute branding, advertising, and promotions for AIWIBI.
5.Protect the AIWIBI brand.
6.Resolve client conflicts.
7.Meet sales targets (discuss details with your AIWIBI salesperson).
As a general distributor, you will:
1.Use your best efforts to promote and sell AIWIBI products in your assigned territory.
2.Allocate appropriate resources, including management and manpower, to drive sales.
3.Continue selling products from other suppliers, provided you receive prior written approval from AIWIBI.
In addition to the general distributor responsibilities, sole distributors enjoy:
1.Exclusive rights to distribute AIWIBI products in their territory.
2.Special sole distributor pricing.
3.A commission on orders from existing AIWIBI clients in the market.
4.Marketing and promotional support from AIWIBI.
5.The right to terminate relationships with clients that damage the AIWIBI brand or violate pricing and market protection policies.
